This directly causes inflation overtime as the economy begins to feel the burden of trying to regulate prices of commodity for it to be affordable to the average citizen. US as every other country that was hit hard by Covid has had to battle inflation spike which hit at 5.4% as of July. Notwithstanding we are beginning to see a rebound in stock prices as inflation wears down. What does this mean for the stock market you might ask. Simply put, we could see occasional spike in volume, bullish charts will form and you wonder when is the best time to go into the stock market.
